General Terms and Conditions of the Long-Term Rental Program

A2S Car Rental

ANG HOTEL, TOURISM & COMMERCIAL S.A.

The A2S Car Rental Long-Term Rental Program is available to both private individuals and businesses wishing to rent a vehicle for a period ranging from 1 to 6 months.

The program is available exclusively during the winter season, and all rental agreements automatically expire on 30 April, regardless of the rental start date. From 1 May, this service is no longer available, and the Company’s standard daily rental terms and conditions shall apply.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and are subject to the applicable 24% Greek VAT.

The following documents are required to rent a vehicle:

• A valid driving licence.
• A valid identity card or passport.
• A valid credit or debit card for rental payments.

The Rental Price Includes

✔ 24-hour roadside assistance throughout the rental period.

✔ Scheduled servicing and routine maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

✔ Annual road tax.

✔ Third-party liability insurance as required under Greek law.

✔ One additional driver free of charge (must be declared upon signing the Rental Agreement).

✔ Paperless rental agreement and electronic invoicing.

✔ Up to 2,000 kilometres per month.

Mileage exceeding the monthly allowance will be charged at €0.08 per additional kilometre, plus applicable VAT.

Additional Benefits

✔ The option to upgrade or change the vehicle category during the rental period, subject to availability and adjustment of the rental fee.

✔ Customer support via telephone.

✔ A 5% discount for any family member or friend who makes a new rental booking with A2S Car Rental for a period of 1 to 21 days, applicable to all available vehicle categories.

No Hidden Charges

✔ The vehicle is delivered with a full fuel tank and must be returned with a full fuel tank.

✔ If the vehicle is returned with less fuel and you request the Company to refuel it, you will be charged the cost of the fuel at the current market price plus 24% VAT.

✔ In the event of an accident, the Renter’s maximum financial liability is limited to €1,500 per incident, subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.

✔ The interior of the vehicle must be kept in good condition. Excessive dirt, stains, or the need for professional deep cleaning may result in an additional cleaning charge.

✔ Driving the vehicle off-road or on unpaved roads is strictly prohibited.

✔ Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.

✔ The vehicle may be driven exclusively within the Regional Unit of Corfu. Taking or using the vehicle outside Corfu is prohibited unless prior written authorization has been obtained from the Company.

Payments

✔ Minimum rental period: 30 consecutive calendar days.

✔ Maximum rental period under this program: until 30 April of each year.

✔ No security deposit is required.

✔ The Renter’s liability in the event of damage is limited to €1,500, subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.

✔ The first rental payment must be paid in advance.

✔ Each subsequent rental period is renewed every 30 days through electronic invoicing and online payment.

✔ Payments are made exclusively through secure electronic Payment Links provided by the Company’s banking partners (Alpha Bank MyAlpha and Viva.com).

✔ If any renewal payment remains outstanding, the Company will send the Renter a secure electronic Payment Link. Should the outstanding amount remain unpaid within 48 hours, the Renter shall be required to return the vehicle within the following two (2) calendar days, while also settling all outstanding balances, charges, and any other amounts due under the Rental Agreement.

✔ Credit terms may be granted to companies and self-employed professionals following assessment and written approval by the Company.

✔ This rental program is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of A2S Car Rental and ANG HOTEL, TOURISM & COMMERCIAL S.A.

✔ All personal data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable laws of Greece.

Vehicle Use

✔ The vehicle may only be driven by the driver(s) expressly listed in the Rental Agreement.

✔ Subleasing, lending, assigning, or permitting any third party to use the vehicle without the prior written consent of A2S Car Rental is strictly prohibited.

✔ The vehicle must not be used for racing, speed testing, driver training, towing other vehicles, transporting hazardous materials, or for any purpose other than that expressly permitted under this Agreement.

✔ The Renter shall use and maintain the vehicle with due care and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations.

Traffic Fines – Administrative Charges

✔ The Renter shall be solely responsible for all traffic fines, parking violations, administrative penalties, parking fees, and any other charges or sanctions incurred during the rental period.

✔ A2S Car Rental reserves the right to charge an additional administrative fee for processing traffic fines, accidents, claims, or any procedures required by public authorities, insurance companies, or other third parties.

Accidents and Damage

✔ In the event of an accident, theft, vandalism, or any damage to the vehicle, the Renter must immediately notify A2S Car Rental and, where required by law, the competent authorities.

✔ Failure to notify the Company without delay or failure to follow the required reporting procedures may result in the Renter being held fully liable for all resulting damages and associated costs.

Right to Terminate the Agreement

✔ A2S Car Rental reserves the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and demand the immediate return of the vehicle without prior notice in any of the following cases:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to make payment when due;
• Submission of false, misleading, or inaccurate information by the Renter;
• Illegal or unauthorized use of the vehicle;
• Taking or using the vehicle outside the island of Corfu without the Company’s prior written authorization.

Accepted Payment Methods

✔ The Company does not accept bank transfers (wire transfers) as a method of payment for rental charges or any amounts due under this service.

✔ The following payment methods are accepted exclusively:

• Cash payments at the Company’s office.
• Debit or credit card payments made at the Company’s premises (POS terminal).
• Secure online payments via Payment Links issued by the Company through its partner payment providers (My Alpha and Viva.com).

✔ Any payment made through a non-approved payment method shall not be deemed valid unless expressly confirmed in writing by the Company.

Late Payment

✔ In the event of overdue payment of any outstanding amount, the Company shall send the Renter an electronic Payment Link.

✔ If the outstanding balance is not settled within forty-eight (48) hours from the date the Payment Link is sent, the Renter shall be required to return the vehicle within the following two (2) calendar days.

✔ If the vehicle is not returned within the above period, the Company reserves all legal rights to recover the vehicle immediately and to pursue the collection of all outstanding amounts, including any legal, court, or out-of-court recovery costs.

Final Provisions

✔ Failure by the Company to exercise any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.

✔ If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

✔ Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Corfu.
