The Basic Insurance does not cover damage to the underside of the car, tires and crystal breakage.

With this package No Debit/Credit Card Need. We do not need to preauthorize any amount as warranty. The Optional Insurance does not cover damage to the underside of the car, tires, mirrors and glasses.

Third-Party Insurance (T.P.I.) You are insured in the event of injury or destruction of third party property beyond the renter and the passengers. Car Theft Protection (T.P.)
You are fully relieved of financial responsibility in the event of vehicle theft, on the condition that you have the car keys in your possession.
If the keys are left inside the vehicle during the theft, this protection does not apply. Please note: Personal belongings are not covered.
No insurance Coverage (CDW, Super Coverage, Premium Coverage, Gold Coverage)
After an accident, driver doesn’t stop and doesnt take the necessary actions, such as informing our company, the Traffic Police (100), getting names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and not moving the car from the point where the accident took place before the representative of the insurance company or the Traffic Police arrives.
The renter has full responsibility in the following cases where insurance coverage does not apply:
Damage to the interior or exterior of the vehicle without an officially reported accident.
Damage to the underside of the vehicle caused by driving on unpaved or off-road surfaces.
Clutch burnout due to improper use.
Engine damage caused by negligence or by a broken oil pan while driving off paved roads.
Situations where the vehicle becomes stuck or displaced (e.g., on beaches, mountains, etc.).
If the vehicle is driven by someone not authorized or listed in the rental agreement.
Any incident or damage caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs, through intentional actions, reckless behavior, or off-road driving.
In all of the above cases, the renter is fully liable for any resulting costs or damages.
Failure to report any accident or damage immediately may be considered negligence. In such instances, insurance coverage may be voided entirely.
Driver’s License Requirements
We Accept All Valid Driver’s Licenses! Including: – Licenses issued from any country
– Licenses issued for 3 years and above
What you need to bring:
Your physical driver’s license card (not a digital copy), along with a valid ID or passport. No extra paperwork required!
The mentioned car types are indicative only. Reservations are made based on the vehicle category-group, not for a specific model. In case of non-availability of a vehicle in the category pre-selected by the customer, always with reference to a confirmed reservation, A2S CAR RENTAL reserves the right to provide to the customer a higher category-group car, at no extra charge.
A €50 fee applies for each pick-up or drop-off scheduled between 22:00 and 08:00 (outside of working hours)
Driver must be 21+ years old and maximum 75, with driver’s license held for minimum 3 years, for all car groups. – The Young Driver Fee is 7€ per day from 21-25 years old and a Maximum Fee of 70€ – The Senior Driver Fee is 7€ per day from 71-75 years old and a Maximum Fee of 70€
Payment Methods
– For prepaid bookings: cancellations up to 24 hours before pick-up are 100% refundable. – For pay-on-arrival bookings: please kindly inform us in time in case of cancellation. For any cancellation, you can use the “Manage your booking” option located on the homepage.
The renter has to return the car with the same quantity of fuel it had when collected. In case the car is returned with less fuel than the original (less than the quantity of fuel the vehicle had when collected by the customer), the customer shall be charged with the fuel difference based on the current market price. No customer refund is provided in case of the car returned with a quantity of fuel greater than that collected.
